We love Dolcetto. In the local tradition, this grape was cultivated on the best exposures, just above Nebbiolo parcels. Resonating with our own heritage, we dedicate only fine blocks to this variety, so to let it express with plenitude.

Dolcetto dAlba Doc is a ruby-coloured wine with reflections of blackberry and purple, a harmonic and pleasantly dry flavour, an almond finish, and a delightful, fruity and distinguished aroma.

The vineyards are located on the northern, less sunny and cooler side of the Cascina Nuova hill, the site of our estate, and also in Castelletto di Monforte on the cooler slopes. Here we grow juicier grapes that give a velvety and light Dolcetto d'Alba to enjoy young and fresh.

It presents itself to the eye with a deep garnet red colour with purple reflections. The nose has a crisp, fresh bouquet of small berries and cherries. On the palate, the flavour is dry, a full-bodied wine.

Coste&Fossati is a collection of antique Dolcetto biotypes grouped by Aldo Vajra between 1979 and 1985. Cuttings were grafted in two of the estate best Barolo vineyards, Coste di Vergne and Fossati. These plants with a 'red stalk' create a limited production of the most intense and noble Dolcetto. This is a reservoir as it cannot be found elsewhere in modern days.

Ruby red with purple reflections. Fine on the nose, with hints of slightly ripe fruit, floral and slightly spicy. In the mouth, it is dry, warm, soft and discreetly structured. Excellent persistence, balanced, fine freshness, quite tasty and on the whole harmonious.

Clear ruby red with purple nuances. Seductive nose, reminiscent of wild berry jelly, rosebud, clove, cinchona and mint chocolate. It does not disappoint expectations, balanced, fresh and adorned with skilfully extracted tannin. The long finish is savoury.

The Bric del Salto Dolcetto is the combination of three different vineyards of Dolcetto in Neive: Cottà, Basarin and San Cristoforo.

Ruby red. To the nose hints of berries, accompanied by hints of liquorice. The wine is harmonious and soft on the palate.

Ruby red with young purple reflections. Aromas of dark berry fruit, sweet spices, peony, laurel and maquis. Firm and slender on the palate, with the fresh-tasty component in evidence and a refined tannin that embellishes and entices the drinkability.

The grapes for this label come from the heart of the production zone. The vineyards are well exposed and the harvest is planned with great care, in consideration of the delicate nature of the Dolcetto grape variety.

It is a classic fruity Dolcetto dAlba designed for every day drinking. Aged in stainless steel, fruity scents of sour cherry present in the nose. Wide and soft on the palate, with delicate and persistent flavours, marked by a light almond finish.
