Highly popular from the moment it began to be realised that certain zones and specific microclimates were suitable to obtain a wine like this. The results of this Curvée are truly astonishing. Our grapes so rich in fixed acidity made us think of producing a classic method in line with those of the best Italian sparkling wines.

The Brolettino Privilegio di Famiglia represents a further expression of our wine over time, with an aging of 5 years in the bottle. This wine is produced starting from our great native grape: the Turbiana.

There was a time when the members of the Dal Cero family were from Verona. Today, Igino, Gian Franco and Anna Maria have returned to the lands East of Verona, the birthplace of their father Pietro, to whom this bottle is dedicated, in order to retrace their history and savour once more the wind of those places. This they do with an emblematic wine of Verona wine production in the world, the Amarone.

Pratto is a challenge we were keen to accept, going beyond conventional methods while retaining the same respect for the territory. In this late harvest, the aroma of Sauvignon vinified in steel, the softness of Chardonnay and the subtlety of Turbiana come together harmoniously for an exclusive result.

Straw yellow. Mineral and Mediterranean, of yellow fruit, citrus fruits and aromatic herbs. Savoury, fresh and mineral, juicy and persistent.

Salerna is the name of the street where the vineyard that our grandfather left us is located and where our adventure began. We have created a fresh wine, easy to drink, which maintains the original aromasand the typical characteristics of Verdicchio.

Rich ruby red with purple reflections. The wine carries intense aromas of red berrei, bilberries and raspberries, along with spicy notes of cocoa and coffee. A balanced expression of fine-grained tannins, and full-bodied, flavourful elegance.
