Soracuna is our daily red wine. The grapes come from three parcels of vineyard in Veronese pergola located on the hills just above the village of Bardolino. Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara and a pinch of Merlot, fermented and refined in concrete tanks, like it was used in the past. The name Soracuna comes from two words of the local dialect Sora and Cuna meaning Above and Baby cot: going for SORA CUNA, in our village, means going to party at the house of a new born. 2017 was the first year of production of this wine and in 2017 Anna, our daughter, was born: so we decided to name this wine as a beautiful day of celebration!
