This album was conceived by Sparky Simmons (founder & front man of Acid FM) on a long drive headed home to NC from a Monster Magnet Concert in NJ back in February of 2011. Sparky used the Monster Magnet forum as a place to communicate with other artists, & fans, as well Monster Magnet. Dave Wyndorf, through his forum gave Sparky permission to do the tribute album.
