Situato tra Gevrey-Chambertin e Digione, Fixin è uno dei vigneti più settentrionali della Borgogna! Un eccezionale terroir argillo-calcareo e marnoso e un'esposizione a est donano a questa denominazione, meno conosciuta delle sue vicine (Gevrey-Chambertin, Morey St Denis, Chambolle-Musigny, Vosne-Romanee), un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo. Questo 2022 è strutturato e potente pur mantenendo una grande morbidezza in degustazione! 2 o 3 anni in cantina la renderanno una bottiglia di grande classe... Una scoperta sorprendente!

Dove Sono? - Latour Bruno - Einaudi

Un rosso attraente ed espressivo - Wine Spectator. Questo Chambertin Grand Cru, millesimo 2017, annata meravigliosa in Borgogna, è da una finezza incredibile ! Il suo bouquet straordinariamente fresco e fruttato (ribes nero, fragole, ciliegia matura) presenta anche note di spezie ed una trama leggermente minerale che si ritrova fino al lungo finale. Un rosso delicato della maison Louis Latour, il più bel omaggio che si possa rendere a questo terroir mitico ! Un imprescindibile !
