The peculiar and complex nature of the frequency spectrum in this type of system involving inter-harmonics and subharmonics demands for quantitative assessment and improvement of their power quality. To carry out this work, we started from the hypothesis that some cotrimoxazoles sold in the commune of Kadutu would be of inferior quality. The different parameters were evaluated at the UOB laboratory, based on the GHPF book, the standard method of the European pharmacopoeia, but also in accordance with the theoretical notions of the courses of galenic pharmacy and analysis of medicines. After the analysis of the different parameters, all the tests were positive, except for the mass uniformity test, where the results of some samples did not comply with the European Pharmacopoeia standards.
